A Message to All Men and Women →
There are no “things that men say” or “things that women say.” There are things that “people” say, and it is our limited understanding of gender and sexuality that then labels it in accordance with their gender. We are so unwilling to drop our labels. It soothes our inner ego to place a label on…

Is’t the dance,
Above the clouds?
Is it the singing, to your heart?

Dreams On Action: Your Dream Is Your Destination. Your Plan Is Your Map. →
Forget the map, and you are more likely to get lost in the middle of the road.
It’s not enough to list your goals, it’s a necessity to list a how-to-reach-my-goal, that is, to set a plan!
Simply listing your goals, is like listing the houses you want to visit, but not having the address or directions to get there. You need to know both, the address and directions that will get you to that house, which is your goal. The same idea applies toward reaching your goals, you need to know the method and the steps that will get you to your goal.
Imagine your goal as the house, the address as your method or solution, and the directions are the steps to get there. For instance, if your goal is to lose weight, then:
The Goal: Lose weight.
The Address: Balance meals, eat less & workout.
The Directions: How do you balance meals? what are you going to eat less? how you going to avoid extra unhealthy snacks? How are you going to workout?when?how long? by yourself? and such questions are the ones you need to answer in order to have the directions to reach your address, and by that your reach your goal!
So, Let’s put some effort into making a good map that guide us to our destination.Set a goal, define a method, and find the steps! :)

Dreams On Action: Rise Up Your Child To Be A Leader →
Rise Up Your Child To Be A Leader
“By recording your dreams and goals on paper, you set in motion the process of becoming the person you most want to be. Put your future in good hands — your own.” -Mark Victor Hansen
Do you have a child?
Do you have a younger brother or sister?
Are you a godfather for a little child?
If you answered yes to any of the above, then it’s time to give them a gift that can change their life, and make them always be proud of you. This new year, give me a unique gift. Let one of their gift to be a dreams list.
√ Help them make a list of all of their dreams or things they want to have.
√ Work with them constantly to review their list, and help them on achieving their goals constantly.
√ Let them dream on papers, for those who dream on paper are the one who tend to achieve their dreams.
It’s a simple task that if you trained a child to do it, it can make a huge difference in their life.
It can make them one of those little ones who knows exactly what they want in life, and walk toward achieving their dreams.
No matter how simple their dreams might seem at the moment, the real objective is to teach them to have a dream, make it a goal, and then achieving it!
Let your child live by:
“First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do.”
Let your child be one of those who makes their dreams come into realty! -
Dreams On Action: Outline of the Dreams On Action Process →
Here are the steps that we are going to go through on building the 10 Years Plan. Templates and examples with pictures will be provided with the detailed explanation.
A. Sketching the Map of the Dream House:•Brainstorming:
√List all your wishes, goals and dreams.
√Think about any personal characteristics you want to have or develop.
•Dreams Table:
√Organize the list in a table.
√Prioritize your Dreams in that table, this is your Dreams Table(DT).
√Mark the Dreams(Tasks) that need to be done at the moment, these are your Critical Dreams(CD).
•The Dreams House Prototype:
√Using five plain pages, divide each page into two columns, title each column with a year (i.e 2012, 2013..etc).
√In each year column, list out the dreams that seem to be achievable that year.
√This is your Dreams House Prototype(DHP).
•The MindMap
√Use your Dreams Table(DT) with the marked Critical Dreams(CD), to choose the one dream that you are going to be focusing on at certain week(s), month(s) or year(s) (this is your Master Dream(MD) at that time).
√For each year you will have at least one Master Dream (Maybe two, and most likely not more than three).
√Create a Mindmap for each of these Master Dreams. At the moment, create a map list only for the current year Master Dream (We will be creating Mindmap for the rest at later times).•Creating the Mindmap:
√Will be discussed later, and examples will be provided.•The Yearly Plan:
√In a 10 blank papers, each page will be divided into 6 columns: Focus A, Focus B, The E, The C1 and the C2.
√The meaning of these columns will be discussed later, and examples with pictures will be provided.B. Building the Dream House.
•Dream Narrative:
√This is a page in which important points about each Dream will be recorded. For instance, The Dream, it’s goal, reasons to achieve that Dream, and how the it can be achieved.
√This page will be used to create the Mindmap.
•Dream Activity Log:
√For each Dream, an activity log will be created. The page will be divided into five columns: Month, Week 1, Week 2, Week 3 and Week 4.
√This log is NOT to log what you have done, but to log what is going to be done for the Dream at that time of the month.
C. Living in the Dream House.
Before living in the Dream House, we will need to later discuss how to practically Keep the Dreams Train On Track! and to Catch Dreams Like Fish! -
Dreams On Action: The Dreams Table →
“Sometimes its the smallest decisions that can change your life forever.” -Keri Russell
√ Organize the list in table:
The next step after you have brainstormed your goals and dreams, is to list them all in a table as you can see on the picture below. Also, you should prioritize your list according to their importance.
√ Prioritize your list:
Think about which one do you have to do or be doing now?!
With this idea in mind, prioritize your dreams with A, B, and C.
• an “A” dream, is a goal you have to be doing at the current time.
• A “B” dream is a goal you would like to have or do now.
• A “C” dream is a goal you would like to do or have at some point in life.
For instance, an “A” dream might be Graduate from school, while a “B” dream might bereading a certain book and a “C” dream might be learning to play guitar.
Do that in the a table as you can see in the picture below.

Dreams On Action: Brainstorming →
“All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity, but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act on their dreams with open eyes, to make them possible.” -T. E. Lawrence
√ List all your wishes & dreams:
For instance:
• I wish I can speak Spanish
• I wish I can play (guitar, basketball, piano,…etc)
• I wish I have (a sport car, website, house, ..etc)
• I want to write ( a book, diary, novel, …etc)
• I want to read ( a book, novel, ..etc).√ Also, Think about any personal characteristics you want to have or develop.
For instance,
• I want to (stop procrastinating, speak confident, write daily,..etc).√ Think about anything else:
• I want to have..
• I want to own..
• I want to be..
• I want to learn..
• I want to go..
• I want to do..
• I want to write.. -
